  • Intel’s Arc A770 Gets $329 Price Tag and October Release Date.

What do y'all think about Intel trying to get into the graphics card market. Personally, I think that it's not going to do too well. I don't think that they will be able to compete with AMD or NVIDIA. Would anybody on here buy an Intel Arc graphics card? The price is pretty cheap.

Intel's new entry-level Arc A310 desktop GPU packs 6 Xe-Cores and 4GB of GDDR6 memory, with a 75W TDP but we don't have details on pricing just yet.

I don't know, I want them to do well, since that is this countries only major chip foundry I think (so we are not dependent on defending Taiwan, so as not to disrupt the computer industry, from going to war etc. Plus should help drive cost further down I hope, but if they are not good then yea. I haven't checked to see if we have a graphs video from gamernexus. The build video I posted from MKHB lightly claimed it was performing like my 3060ti. But he may have been using a slightly better version of that card in the build in that video, because I do not see how you can get same performance as rtx3060 base with out at least 8GBs of RAM. But they may be the secret sauce to their cards and why they feel they can get some market share, if their I'm going to call Graphic processing cores that fast to process data 4GB in 1/2 the time it takes go through 8GB of DDR6 RAM. I supposed that card in the link would have good performance 1920 -1080 and high FPS for gaming. Not sure on development/content creation side. But I don't know enough about the chip wafer manufacturing etc.
