I was known as a hit typist who worked in several business offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn, since I was a high school student in 1970. Very often, my accuracy was commensurate with my productive work. I am a Keyboard Specialist with strong [modern] typewriting skills and work as an end user to provide typewriting services to people who want files and documents to be printed on to paper, even label tapes. I do business productivity in the privacy of my home. I have been a fan of computer and electronic technology since 1987. Also, I use the latest business suite of programs by Microsoft Office 2021 Professional. Therefore, I do typewriting tasks with Microsoft Word, heavy-duty number crunching with Microsoft Excel, indexing and filing data with Microsoft Access, a rare program very few people know, create layout pages with Microsoft Publisher as a desktop publishing program, and a host of other application programs under the Office 2021 suite. After I received my own microcomputer in 2002, I sacrificed the typing speed to strive for perfect keyboarding, because the keyboarding speed did not help me in gaining successful employment in the later years. Now that I am free from that old routine, I can do what I feel and feel what I do. The modern-day typewriting is actually "Keyboarding." You are welcome, jboldeniv. Thank you for welcoming me!
